  • 1988: Graduated University of Massachusetts at Amherst B.A. Journalism / Religious Studies.
  • 1989: Graduated from both NADA Dealer Candidate Academy and Chevrolet Dealership Management School. 
  • 1991: Operated a Pontiac-Cadillac dealership on behalf of his father and a partner.
  • 1996: Purchased the majority share of the store becoming a franchised dealer.
  • 1997 - 2008: Purchased or construct five additional franchised automobile dealerships and three motorcycle stores.
  • 2008: Ragsdale sold his dealerships. He now writes, speaks and consults with car dealers, policy makers, and other industry professionals.
  • 2010: Ragsdale's first book Car Wreck published by Langdon Street Press (A Division of Hillcrest Publishing Group) 
  • He resides in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, with his beautiful wife, Lauri, and their two children, Wyatt and Isabella.
